Looking for help with vision line big boy tender light issue.

Hey everyone. My vision line big boy 4014 has developed a problem with the center top light on the tender. Not the reverse light. It flickers on and off or stays off completely.

I thought I had seen a thread about this issue but can't seem to find it.

Has anyone seen this issue and know if there is an easy fix?  Before I tear into this tender I wanted to see if anyone else has felt with this yet?
