Found out today that Jim Cantner purchased the entire Louis Bartig collection on locomotives. Don't know the final price but they were asking between $4000 and $8000 per unit. I think there were 18 to 20 locomotives. As far as I knew he never sold one not even to Mike Hill 
Louis build some mighty fine steam locomotives and won many contests. We'll be photographing the collection one Jim receives everything.
