Several years ago, I remember seeing a add for Custom made O Scale Passenger car's, that were made of Aluminum, the company was called Mac Shop's from Vero Beach, FL haven't been able to any information on them in recent years, does anyone know what happened to them, or do they still exist.

Owners name is Haynes McDaniel. Still around on a limited basis, I think. Others here will know more. I think they were more shells that you could build up more than custom made cars.
Simon
A agree with Simon that the Mac Shops cars were not built up but were kits. Haynes was out of one or several of the 5 body extrusions that he made but did have some of the others still available. I have built a number of his kits and they are relatively easy to build providing you have some minor skills
The last TN I have for Haynes is 772-562-9134 in Fla.

Thanks for the update, I remember seeing an advertisement for them years ago in OGR, but wasn't sure if they were still around, but thanks for the update.
Is he the one that once offered a scale length RDC shell?
Yes. And soft metal parts to complete.
