The scale looks right on to me, the details are perfect and the paint job is outstanding. I hope for more of these to be coming our way soon. Bob

Does anyone know for sure? Will Menard's be displaying at York this spring? I'd like to pick up some of their newer items, like this panel delivery van, but the closest Menard's is too far from me to make it a convenient trip. Would also like to see some of their buildings, up close, to make an evaluation of them. York would be my best chance.

Paul, I feel the same as you do. I've purchased a couple of their buildings but I'd probably buy more if I could see them, but , the nearest Menards to me is in Ohio. It's enough of a drive to York, but I do it gladly, twice a year!
Bob, as usual thanks for the pictures and mini review! Are the decals easily removable?

Sorry, I don't know. I don't want to mess up this nice die cast vehicle.
Ok, don't blame you, it does look terrific!
Pretty serious Bob, thanks for the usual pics. I want one. Waiting for one or two more covered hoppers so I can combine shipping when I order the first ones and the next. Not to mention that the Air Force flat will go great with my old rocket launcher complex (even though it's Navy). Also, waiting for the first post on the mystery box.

I have an idea, Why not try it on your car and let Bob know, then you will be one up on him! LOL
Just ordered one, I will let you know how hard when I get it!
I would be very surprised, if someone representing Menard's shows up at York.

I asked Mark about a year ago, and he said then that they are looking into it. So I would say he's the one you need to ask
I will buy one, I will wait a few months to see if a REA shows up, if not, then out comes the green paint.
Mike G, no way! People like me suck up to risk-takers like Bob! That way I can learn from HIS mistakes! Best way to learn! LOL

Someone connected with Menards would have to be a TCA member in order to display or sell, wouldn't they?
Maybe they will branch out to the 1930's or such. Only just have started with these. See what comes.
