MISSING PICTURES?

Here it is.

My last post to Silver Meteor and my post to From downtown Skull Valley AZ, both allowed multiple pictures on reply screen, however only 3 pix on blog.  All pix via J&C Studios.

Thanks Rich,  What puzzles me is that as i created the post they were there and the only key i pressed was post now??

I'm using the insert/edit image icon,maybe I'm doing it wrong?

I did check with J&C Studios and John explained there is no limit on their end and asked me to post same, which I am doing now, so noone would get the wrong impression of J&C Studios picture posting system.

Apparently there is a problem on OGR forums, since switch to Hoopla, since if you go back in my Silver Meteor blog, previously there are multiple example of multiple pix and now three and out.

hopefully this issue can be resolved easily.

You hope that WHAT can be resolved? There is no "...three and out..." here. And no one else has had this problem.

If you post images here USING THE FORUM SOFTWARE as it is designed to use, then things works just fine. Posting linked images hosted elsewhere is more difficult, and the "problem" is usually improper html code in the link to the picture hosted elsewhere.

And that is not something we can do anything about.

Rich,  I was able to post my pics but only a couple at a time and they would only come up above the text part of my post?

I can see from now on,I will load my pictures on my computer and try that.

Would I be better off importing my pics from photobucket into a album here in that forum and then inserting them into a post??

Back up a minute here...

Why would you have to "import" your photos from Photobucket? The image files you uploaded TO Photobucket came from your computer, didn't they? So the files you need are already on your computer. Just upload them from there directly here!

Farmer Bill, I don't know where or how you came up with the code for that image, but it would not work ANYWHERE on the web. The code in your post is:

There is no domain name in that link, no file name...nothing in this image tag but meaningless code. Where did this code come from?

I must have goofed.  Just attached another photo from same location and it is showing up.  And I can see most, but not all of c sam's photos now in that other thread. 

Follow up, months later: I can see my photo above but not Sam's.  Odd.
