What’s your interest? Only 2-rail?
For me it is only 2 rails. My daughter lives in St Louis and I am visiting occasionally.

I don't think so. Not that I know of. The Big Bend Railroad Club is a 2-rail club in Webster Groves. They could tell you definitively.
Check Kadee's Dealer Locator map/listings. Kadee products are pretty much must-haves for model railroading hobbyists...especially for the 2-rail genres.

A 2-Rail Store would be great, but at this point just seeing whats around, i remember a shop in Kirkwood, Mo not to far from the MP/Amtrak Station years ago, just seeing what is still around?

Gone. ☹️
There is a shop on Manchester though Very dominantly Lionel. A side room will have other stuff to check out.
@GentlemanJim - that Kirkwood store is long gone (along with many others). There is one store on Manchester Rd. called Train Town. It is an excellent store that handles exclusively used trains. The front part of the store is prewar/postwar but there is a back room with modern stuff. I have pulled the occasional gem from there (although I'm a 3 railer). They buy estates and sell them off. Usually they price to sell. I've bought some Atlas Masterline rolling stock there for $30-$40 each. Given the nature of the business, it's just luck of the draw. But the place is packed with inventory.
Also, the owners of Train Town are happy to shoot the breeze. If there is any 2-rail info to be had, they'll share it with you.
Thanks Very much for the information, the last time in St.Louis? Was when the UP #3985 was in town?
