Good afternoon, Friends. I bought this engine, but, does not function, I removed the shell and everything seems ok. Put on track with voñtage, but, remote indicates, NO ENGINE TO ADD. Any ideas or comments? MY BEST REGARDS.

try it without the DCS signal or TIU connected to the track.

So, it's not a DCS issue. The engine should be looked at to see why it doesn't power up.
If it has a 3 rail 2 rail switch make sure in the proper position for the track type you are using. DCS switch in DCS position, not DCC. If not starting up in conventional you will have to take shell off and see if you are getting power to the board.
Some engines have poor outside rail continuity and require wheels to be clean, and ground screws to have coating scrubbed off the head of the screw. G
