Normally I'm trying to answer questions but today I have a good technical one. For a while I had seen that the MTH sound file editing application ADPCM, has in the soft buttons menu the option for swinging bell. I've also seen references for MTH sort of announcing swinging bell related to the DCS version 4.0 (talking about TIU firmware and remotes mainly).

So the question is, what output is used- is it PS2 3V or PS3 boards and specific outputs, and is the bell activation a coil of known impedance? Just trying to understand the electrical connection and components used or intended to be used in this feature? I figure it repurposes an output or a pair of outputs to swing the bell.

What brought this up was someone selling an upgraded MTH engine on the auction site, with swinging bell.
