MTH GG-1 question-hows this mount?

Also, are there supposed to be springs under each end truck?

I'm hoping someone can come up with a model number too...I've got 4 flats...{need 4 traction tires}.

The board mounts right on the rectifier, it's insulated.  Note the white compound, that's heatsink compound to help transfer heat to the chassis from the bridge.  There should be threads so you can run a screw directly in, though some of them have a nut.

Hey, do you know if those end guide trucks have a small spring between them and the frame...one has nothing while the other has what looks like a smashed one...just wondering.

The trucks on the Williams have a spring, and I'm assuming those probably do as well.  The end trucks tend to detail if they don't have some downward pressure.  My K-Line semi-scale and the Williams scale GG-1 both have the springs.

BTW, the "compatible" screw should be a #4-40, pretty easy to find.  Just make sure the length doesn't go too far and hit something on the other side.
