Have this recent aquisition and 1 motor didn't want to turn...turns out there was a piece of grit in the gears- got it. Now for this issue. Looks to be an early..ish MTH unit with the QSI horn/e-reverse but the board is loose and it looks like the green wire got to touching something it shouldn't have. Looks like the only spot to screw to the board is thru the rectifier center hole.

Does this board mount directly to the frame as a heat sink, or does it have an insulated washer for some or any reason?

I'm going to recover that green wire but that leaves the board mount yet....help.

Also, are there supposed to be springs under each end truck?

I'm hoping someone can come up with a model number too...I've got 4 flats...{need 4 traction tires}.
