Here are a few pictures of the MTH Granary that I just finished painting and weathering. I inserted a "wood" floor (photo printed on card stock) so the doors can be opened.

It sure screams New England doesn't it? Well done on the assembly and for making the interior visible. Question did you color the bricks or did the sides come already colored? Russ
You have inspired me to do something with my interior...
Russ,
The building comes from the box in a solid stone grey color. I hand painted the stones (about 1000) with several shades of brown and grey, based on some photos of real stone mills. Then I added the mortar, and gave it a wash of alcohol/India ink.
It sure works for me, nice job. Also I use Rusty Rails a lot for detail parts for some of building interiors. I have a 3d printer but his stuff look great and he has very neat little goodies. His latest castings are small machinery pieces that might look good setting on the cool looking floor. Russ

Really Nice job. Your few added touches makes it look more like a craftsman type kit.
I and at least one other poster on here bashed these into water mills. I just took a look at mine vs. this MTH contest, but it is one of my less elaborate bashes.
