mth operating gas station problem need help to fix

hello I have a mth operating gas station. intermittently the sound will work go through the sound cycle but the car will not move unless I tap or hit the side of it has anyone else had the problem if so is there an easy fix. I took it apart lubed it but that did not help. any help the door will go up and down just car will not move

Could be a bad motor. MTH sells parts for it.
