MTH Passenger Car Coupler Conversion | O Gauge Railroading On Line Forum

I have read the previous posts on this subject but would appreciate some confirming advice. I wish to convert one end of a MTH passenger car to a scale coupler in order to mate with a MTH 2-rail locomotive (scale coupler on tender) that will be running on 3-rail. From what I have read the longer shank Kadee seems preferable. So what is the best Kadee coupler to use; thank you.
