That sounds about right. Don't forget you have a big Holiday period approaching so that might tack on 2 weeks. So during a normal period a 10 week turn around is about right. The most important thing is that your issue is resolved of which MTH has never let me down. Good luck.
I don't really understand why you didn't take it to the many terrific authorized service stations between Columbia and Midlothian (your location based on your profile). Surly you would have gotten better and quicker service on a more "personal" level. Doesn't quite make sense to me....
Just guessing, but I imagine this is their busies season and it will probably get worse after the holidays. With all those new trains, some will have trouble.
There are a number of authorized repair folk here on the forum, as well. Did you leave it?

I only saw 4 listed within 100 mikes according to MTH web site for authorized service. Not one of them had a web site and I never heard of any of them. They ranged from 66 to 95 miles.
