Can I just use the MTH Z-1000 power brick connected directly to my TIU since I only run command engines? Or will this harm the electronics by going from 0-18v instantly?

I moved this to the correct forum.
No it won't damage the electronics and I think it's actually the recommended method. MTH even has/had a special barrel jack adapter to go from the Z-1000 brick to the TIU.
