This is my MTH Dreyfus with Williams cars. Do you think the cars are too small? i went with 027 cars maybe i should go bigger.

Depending on how sharp any/all of your curves are, bigger passenger cars are always nicer.

The 2400 Series sized cars fit the o31 curves pretty well, which is more the barometer of the appropriate size passenger cars, rather than proportion to real cars.
The next notable size up is probably 15" cars. They will navigate those curves and have a lot of leading and trailing overhang, as well as center "cut." These small cars flow nicely through these curves - larger cars will look too large for the curves.
I think it looks really good, and I would not change it.
As observed, longer cars would overhang and undercut in the center more.
In addition longer cars make for a longer train. You current train's length fits nicely on your layout. If you were to go to 18" cars, a four-car train would be nearly two feet longer - close to the same length as your current train with two more of the same cars. It might be too long for your taste on that loop. With 18' cars, you might have to cut it down by one car -- to me four is always much more interesting.
This is why, on my shortest loop, I actually cut down (shortened) some o-27 passenger cars from about 12 to less than 10 inches: more, shorter cars in a length that fits well on the loop.
Hello Lionel J...........
If your engine is a railking then you did well. Those 2400's cars look the right size wise for the engine.
