My first link and pin coupler experience.

That does look good!  Are you going to paint it a rusty color, eventually?  Is this just a trial run, or are you planning on converting and operating with all link & pin couplers?

This is a small link & pin coupler pocket I have, apparently off of some very small narrow gauge equipment - it would be nice to see yours painted with the same rusty color:

James, are you thinking of putting link and pins on you tin plate?  It could be interesting. Maybe we could fabricate our own.

Oh my...no sir, no link & pin on the Marx tinplate - although I suppose it would be appropriate on the Wm. Crooks 4-4-0 and Hudson Bay combine.  I'm satisfied with having "Lincoln Pin" couplers on the live steam trains outside!
