If you want to pick up a gi-raffe car for a good price, this is your chance. This one has a missing giraffe head and tension spring, both of which can be had from Jeff Kane at the Train Tender.
Note that the LTI gi-raffe head available from Jeff doesn't lock on the old style 3376/3386 chassis. Here's a workaround:
