Years ago I bought this item from Smithville Hobbies for use on my TIU. The hobby shop closed and moved somewhere else. I am not quite sure if this is a MTH item. I found the box it came in. I tried their product locator but no luck. All that the box says is Input 120VAC, 60Hz. Output 8VAC, 16W. Number on the box is G1007. Any help will be greatly appreciated............Paul

Do you remember what it was used for? From the description it seems too small for an aux power supply for the tiu. ??
I got that information off the box. I thought it was MTH. I pulled the unit out of the suppressor plug to look at the writing. Turns out it is Lionel.
