In the movie "Human Highway" as described HERE. I had never heard of this movie until stumbling on this article tonight.

"The name was a clever play on Young’s obsession with model trains. He is now an 20% owner of Lionel LLC, one of the world’s biggest model train companies."

Looked it up on IMDb. Shows some stills from the film. The dinner that is the focus of much of the film is a wood sided caboose. Might be worth trying to locate.

Likely on Neil's Ranch, but looks like a sound stage setup.

Does not look like any real caboose I have seen.

I doubt that movie ever played in any theaters near me in New Jersey.

Might have been a small release or direct to video movie.
