A few weeks ago there were several topics running regarding CMC engines and cars. One reply mentioned a source of newly manufactured CMC/CMT type cars. I checked out the reference - and couldn't resist!
The source is CMTLLC. Thought I'd share a photo of three of their many offerings. Truly beautiful, with a few upgrades that are done in the spirit of the originals. Lionel compatible hook style couplers allow them to be pulled by any engine so equipped.
The engine shown is an original 1973 CMC box cab electric. The caboose is also an original CMC. The engine will pull the four cars on a small layout with 042 curves without any trouble.
