I'm still waiting for someone who bought the 24-flatcar pack to post photos or video

I remain tempted to spring for one just for the challenge of tweaking the couplers to behave themselves...before putting together a humongous baretable train with that and all the other empty flats I have.

If the 24-pack is ever put on sale at the introductory price (that is, without the mail-in rebate that you need to reside in Menards' territory to make use of) I might still pull the trigger on one.

24 flatcars would have given an operator a lot of revenue service. I bought 3 when they were on sale in the stores for about $5.00 each, wish now that I had bought more.

I bought the 24 pack, gave some to grandson who loaded toys on them. They have really crisp details of printing as well as the side details. Add on brake wheel (plastic). They have slots for 10 #2411 Lionel stakes to hold your logs or pipes. What's not to like?

Yes, I wonder myself how they come up with some of those designs. Still a good deal, especially for those with kids or grandkids.
