New feature idea with the Base-3: Voice Streaming

With the Lionel Base-3 coming sometime, I'd like to suggest a new feature that could be just awesome: Voice Streaming! MTH has this feature (it's called Protocast), and Lionel has Voice Streaming with their Lionchief App. Since the Base-3 will have bi-directional communication between the base and a locomotive, could Lionel finally integrate Voice Streaming into new locos? Is it possible?
