Has anyone tried to double head these? If so, how did you handle the coupler changeout with the chain? I noticed there is a small hole in the coupler besides the hole for mounting it. Is the hose supposed to slide thru that? Trying to avoid taking the chain apart if possible to slide the chain thru if that is what the second hole is for.
