Art, that was a fun review, good job. I am not sure if the sounds are the same as the earlier PE Berk sound sets, I have the 2014 version.

Besides the 5 whistles it seems the sound sets are pretty much the same! Good review. Thanks for posting!

Looks good. I agree that putting the likeness of the actual crew figures from the movie would have been so cool.
Wonder why no one thinks of that stuff! lol.
I was in Trainland last week and they had just put the burgundy colored model on the store layout. The sounds were window rattling.
Beautiful looking model too.
Well....the hijack of the thread was successful and completely derailed it which is not fair to the OP nor the reason for his post...so....some editing was done. If you want to complain/comment about figures needing to be in the cab, etc., start a separate thread in the Lionel general topics please.
