Is that load an airplane or jet fuselage?
it is a jet fuselage!!!!!!!!!!!!!
It’s a Boeing 707 Fuselage. I will need to add the cockpit and paint the plane. Then I need to figure out how to model the ice breaker and mounting racks or find someone to make them.
David, is that 3D printed or from a model kit? Is it to scale?
Model.

could you share what model kit it is?
Very cool but you forgot the wings and the horizontal stabilizers. (sorry, I just had to bring that up) I like what you are doing, that make a really nice speciality train and will look really nice when finished and assembled. What type of track is that if you don't mind me asking. Thanks for sharing and I look forward to seeing the rest of the train when you get it done.

Essentially, aren't those two things the same? A "fuselage" is the body of an airplane....

Was it easier to find a 707 rather than a 737? Does the extra length make it more difficult to build?
Keep us updated on the construction!

Looks like a combination of Gargraves and some Ross curves as well.
That's cool!
what scale 707 did you lose?
This topic reminded me of something we saw in Sept 1998 while driving along the Bighorn River North of Thermopolis, Wy:
Low res pics because (1) megapixel camera.
