I had originally planned on ordering the #31 0-6-0 from the new catalog until I saw this come across my email about an hour ago. I already placed my order for one.   Is it accurate, no but the other model of 90 is out of my budget. I still think it looks great for what it is.

Who else is planning to get one?

It's far from accurate, #90 is a Decapod!

FWIW, before the #90 was announced, I bought the Nicholas Smith Strasburg 10-wheeler because I thought Lionel would never get around to releasing a real Strasburg locomotive.  A couple months after I got my 10-wheeler, they announced the #90!

I'll keep the 10-wheeler as a backup for when I get my #90.

I ordered one also. As much as I'd like the 2-10-0, I just don't have $1900 to drop on an engine. Seven bills for me is a lot, but I wanted something nicer than the starter 0-8-0- which I've been using to pull the MTH wood cars from Nicholas Smith. My layout is for fun, and I'm not hung up everything being prototypically accurate. I'm glad TrainWorld decided to do these.

Exactly.  I'd love the 2-10-0 as well. I've been waiting for a nice Strasburg steam engine for a long time, but I can't swing that amount of money on an engine.  For my son, who is obsessed with Strasburg, this will do just fine.  I'd rather have this than the 0-6-0.  We already have the Camelback, the SW8 & the LC starter set.  This will be a nice addition and will look great pulling the scale coaches.
