New TIU DCS Signal Problem

I bought an additional new TIU.  It has the latest firmware 6.10.  The fixed channel 1 works fine.  However, fixed channel 2 puts out no DCS Signal.  Any engine starts up automatically and I have no control with DCS remote in shutting it down engine, etc.  The same happens when putting the variable channels 1 & 2 in fixed mode.  I have reset the TIU to factory defaults.  I tried reloading the TIU's firmware but same thing happens with no DCS Singnal on fixed channel 2, variable channels 1 & 2 in fixed mode.  Is there anything else I can try doing before sending the TIU to MTH for repair?
