I have five of these Woodland Scenics buildings & have been super happy with all of them.....great detail & lighting.  I was disappointed with the theater & didn't go for it.  IMO, the Atlas theater is better, but again only an opinion.  This building however looks like it will make the trip to my little piece of NH on the other side of the tracks.  They are pricey, but worth it when you look at cost of engines these days.

eh, Looks nice but we need more industries to spot our growing number of freight cars. I don't see a placing a siding behind this building to unload even a 40' boxcar of tomato sauce.

IMHO I am waiting for Meg-A-Watts transformer co to come to O scale!

I would agree, we need more industries. Love all their town buildings, would like to see some houses, but with just one industry, it leaves little for trains to interact with. As much as I would love to see a run of "Meg A. Watts," it's O scale size counterpoint may have limited appeal.

Chip's might be more doable size-wise...

The theatre is a little flat. The marque is not very exciting due to the lack of lighting one would expect for a theatre of this period...

The arches scream for neon, the bottom of the marque needs something to suggest chasing lights. All can be added. Otherwise, great.

hmmmm MTH could do it as a railking building.

Yeah....I think MTH would sell a bunch of Louis Italian American Restaurants.....copyrights notwithstanding.

They could actually use the Steak House that they already have and change what's behind the windows.

Buildings from Woodland Scenics and MTH....along with Signals from Z-Stuff....have made it very easy to "wake up" your layout these days without the stress, aggravation.....and time.
