Hey guys, I just received a CN legacy dash-9 #28367 and the engine sounds or horn or bell do not come on. The engine responds to commands and movement on the legacy system...just silent with all sounds. I talked to customer service and they said to try aux 1 then raise volume on handset... 4 times. The volume pot on engine has no effect...nor does engine reset. Has anyone else run into this...and what about the technique that they suggest? I am at work and will try what they said later. Thanks
