I am using the DZ-2500 switch machines on a #4 RH crossover switch.  I got the two machines to throw in unison when I push either DZ-2502 remote button.  And, the non-derailing works OK for each switch independently (straight route only, since curved route should always be aligned if switches work right.)

My question is: what type of connection is required to get the non-derailing action on one switch machine to activate the other?  I have tried various green-yellow combinations to no avail.

Baldoc,

You need to wire both switches to just one DZ-2502 controller so they act as one switch.  Below is a .jpg picture made from a PowerPoint slide; the actual PP slide file is also attached.  Check out the crossover diagram on the far right for how I do it.  The color coding matches the actual DZ wiring with the white wire represented as a dashed blue line.

Added:  Also, these diagrams show the lead rails being powered to prevent the dead spots that can occur on longer switches and curved switches.  This is not required for your #4 switches, so ignore them.
