I don't mean to sound like an advertisement but I just had the chance to stay at the Bridgeview B&B (at the base of the Rockville Bridge) for 3 days.  What a great place to watch trains.  Norfolk Southern's Pittsburgh, Buffalo and Reading Lines all converg at the Bridge and rail traffic was just about non-stop.  Add to this 2 Amtrak trains, Hagerstown traffic and light engine moves between Enola and Harrisburg yards and I was in seventh heaven.  I came home with a load of pictures from this trip.  They have installed an ATCS board visible on a 32" screen. My wife and I have stayed here numerous times before, just for an overnight, as we've passed through the Harrisburg area.  This time she had to stay with her Mother so I was able to spend some quality train watching time.

I was there from 7-2 to 7-5 so all the NS Heritage units were in Spencer for their 'Family Portrait'

Oh well......
