Does anyone know if Northwest Short Line is still in business? I placed an order in November 2023, it shipped in December 2023, and I received it a few days later and discovered the S2 wheelset bearings on the wheelsets were not the correct diameter. I sent an email and pictures to Cathy, who said to send it back and they would fix the wheelsets. I did so in late December and I have not heard anything since. I have tried emailing several times.

Most sites have code that just displays the current year. It is most likely not updated by a person.

Ahhhh -- So that's no guarantee they're still in business; although, if they are not, I'm sure someone on the Forum will know.
Judging by their prices I would say they are still in business. Gearboxes are twice the price they were two years ago.
