Number board light replacement on a Virginian 2-8-8-2 (6-38032)

Good morning!

One of the number board lights has gone out on my Virginian and this will be my first time trying to replace it and I have a question?

How does one separate the engine in order to accomplish this confused ?

Any diagrams or pictures would be a big help .
