o scale polar express

I am looking at this polar express unit. It powers up and has the locomotive sound but it won't move, no horn, bell or foreward/reverse. Trying to run it in conventional. It has the board #NC138-RX-1-1 Main (09116CB). I work mostly on post war or MTH. Just wondering if it can be reset or what to look at. thanks for any help.

Ok, I guess according to Lionel the board needs to be replaced.
