"Oahu's Narrow-Gauge Navy Rail" - enough to make me switch to Narrow Gauge!

I grew up on Oahu and still live there, great photos of the trains and shipyard. I remember seeing the Navy diesels on our Sunday drives around the island.

Wondering if that coaling plant is a "helix" to bring the coal cars up to ship level?

BTW the new forum design is a big improvement!
