That's cool. We used to shop at A&S on Long Island all the time.
The last Lionel department store display I saw was at A & S in White Plains in 1984 or 1985. It has the Reading Yard King set and 1 other set.
Man is that neat! Love those illustrations, the transformer with the light bulb socket plug, and the pretty darn accurately scaled portrayal of a young boy by his standard gauge behemoths! Thanks for sharing!
