This tunnel is about 9 inches tall and a foot long (10 inches wide). it appears to be painted canvas on heavy cardboard. Neat 3d effect on the side with the alpine house. Does anyone have an idea who made this and how old it is? Thanks.
I had one of those, sans Alpine house, in the mid fifties. It got kicked around for four decades and then disappeared. It didn't come in a box, but just appeared under the Christmas tree in 1954. I think it may have even been used at that time, since all my other train stuff was used when I received it.
