Need some assistance. My computer decided it wanted to go caput and I lost the ability to use my Olsens database CD. Tried reaching out to Sharron with no luck as she instructed me as to what I needed to do to get it to work. Anyone have any ideas? I have tried a couple of things I found online in relation to this but none have worked.

I suspect you'll have to get the computer fixed. I know of no legal on-line source of the Olsen's database since they closed it down.
Already got the computer fixed. They had to reset it back to factory. Unfortunatly when doing so they could not save my changes to make this work.
You should be able to use the CD in your optical drive if the driver is updated.
I will assume you were able to do the install process successfully.
The CD must be in your drive to run the program and access the database.
If the CD is in a different drive (ex: you installed from Drive D:, but when you run program the CD is in Drive E, then you need to change a setting in the program.
Open program, click on File in upper left corner, click on Click on CD-ROM Drive, the pick the Drive the CD is inserted in.
Hope this helps!
