A power strip to plug it in to? Suitably beefy so as not to overheat of course.

Drill a hole in the rear of the case, near the terminals, and wire this into the feed cord.

+1. Simple, no need to drill holes. 275 watts aren’t going to overload any power strip.

Sure, but which leg of the cord to prevent crossover?
To do it right you would actually want a DPST and switch both legs as the plugs are not polarized. The ZW was not designed to be switched off internally.
All that’s needed is a good quality power strip, ….no need to overthink this, ……as usual,…..know what the max amp rating of the strip is, and how much you’re trying to shove through it is key

I use a smart plug. and then I say, "Alexa, turn on train."
This saves having a bulky power strip, needing to drill a hole in an expensive ZW, and...
I don't have to go to the huge effort of reaching over and throwing a switch.
