He everyone, it been awhile, but I've got a question.
I know we've discussed Merkur O-gauge before, but its getting to the point for ordering for Christmas and i was wondering:
1.) How many of you have bought/bought from Merkur?
2.) What is your level of satisfaction with both the product AND the service?
3.) What method of payment did you use? (not sure about sending cash all the way to the Czech Republic)
4.) are the engines set up for 3-rail DC or AC? I remember seeing someone here say Merkur shipped them an engine for 3 rail DC and then had to purchase an electric converter and toggle switch for the motor.
Any comments positive and negative about Merkur experiences are welcome. Trying to weight my options. I also see that there are only 2 distributors in all of the U.S.
