parts for Lionel lighthouse

Hi John, I got your name from Patrick in Wheeling, WV. He said that you might be able to help me locate or get repaired a part for the Big Bay Lighthouse. The part that I am looking to replace is #6204119010 PCB Assembly. It is the circuit board that makes the sounds and powers the motor for the light to spin. Any suggestions would be very helpful. Thank you. Ron
