I have some old lionel trains I need parts for. Are there any well stocked websites with a shopping cart possibly? I have been looking without much luck on the post war parts.
Jeff was the first guy I went to, just by chance I guess.
He is really bogged down with his email currently so communication takes quite some time. Im of the understanding he doest take phone orders and there is no shopping cart. I am ok to print a order form and mail my order to him but having troubles with part identification, correct part numbers .
Ill wait my turn , but am open to other options as well.
Post in the wanted section and maybe someone has what you need. If you need parts for 1666 and 2035 style steam engines I have a bunch of parts for those.
get a Greenberg post war repair manual....that will help you identify part numbers....there are other part suppliers but Jeff is one of the best....joe
JimmyQ - Try Bill Harrison at S and W Parts as he specializes in having oodles of train parts for older Lionel trains. I also believe he is (or was) a Forum sponsor, but he has a website regardless.
