Plastic building roof fade

We have a large 1/4" scale building of unknown manufacture in a window setting which has a sunfaded roof with a almost new spot where an unwanted sign was.

Anyone know of an hack which could blend the faded/unfaded areas? A repaint is not in view.

What do you mean when you say a "hack" and "a repaint is not in view"?

Unless I am misunderstanding your intent, I would say the answer is to weather the roof to blend the old and the new with weathering chalks, dry brushing, etc.
