I found this on the floor this morning by my layout. Layout features Lionel trains & accessories and some Plasticville structures. Any idea, please?

Robert, it looks like one of the doors for the Plasticville suburban station.
It looks like a door from a Plasticville Station kit.

Mystery solved. That took you members no time at all. Thank you. I was assembling a few Plasticville kits this morning, but not the suburban station, which I also have. Somehow that part fell into one of the other boxes that I brought inside. The part looked familiar to me since I received a suburban station when I was 5 years old and hadn't seen that part since 1962. Childhood memories persist.
The charm of Plasticville is enhanced when one has all of the details: doors, windows, chimneys, TV antennas, furniture for the hospital, etc.
