I have the Plug-Expand-Play Accessory Activator Pack and the P&P Conductor Gateman. It wasn't activating. Looking at the bottom of the long track, I saw a bar connecting the two outer rails. In order to isolate the rails, I don't think that should be there. I removed it and the gateman comes out properly now. I guess Lionel missed that one. If you're having a similar problem, check for the connector bar and remove it if it's there.
I just opened another brand-new Activator Pack and it, too, has the bar connecting the two outer rails. I don't see how that could possibly work! Am I missing something?
