I'll be ready to paint my tinplate Std Gauge Polar Express in the next month or so. I know there are those who mixed their own paint to match the original colors. By chance has anyone taken a car to be color matched at a automotive paint supplier? If so, do you have the paint numbers?

Pictures are hard to judge color with, but this post looks really close, trouble is, it's a one time blend and not a repetitive formula. At least it's a base color to start with.

I'm going to have mine custom made by the firm that creates all of my Std Gauge decals. As you may know, no one makes Std Gauge decals these days
