Thanks Marty. You can never have too many pictures of York!
Thank you for the pictures from York. They are enjoyable to see.

Thanks for the photos, Marty.
Thanks Marty. Keep them coming. Like Mr. Lonero stated you can never have to many pictures. I even saw my friend Rich Foster in one.
Good job Marty..
Keep going till they stop ya!!
Breakfast at "Round the Clock Diner" this morning.
John and Robin Pignatelli. Haven't seen them for a few years since they left California for points East.
Korber's Booth. Nice build on the models. Rich is working on the instructions and composing the kits. Look very promising.
One of the layouts on display in the Orange Hall.
Brader's Layout Design's diorama example. Pretty nice work.
Thursday at Tuesdays was a bust, After waiting at our table for over an hour without seeing a waiter, we left and went to Quaker Steak. Barely walked in when we got a table. The OGR staff followed us over there. Next York it's going to be Thursdays at Quaker Steak! Good food, good service, hard-core motorhead atmosphere and lots of TV's and sports.

To bad that didn't work out but this place looks cool! I'll be there for the October meet.
Great post Marty! Gotta say, it sure looks like Quaker Steak in 100% better than the other place.
No need to have 2 York Photo Threads......I just am moving my pics over here.....
These were we're all from breakfast at the Round-Clock Diner.

There is no reason anyone would stop him for where these pictures are taken.
Several meets ago, pictures were deemed allowable in the dealer halls.
I didn't take a pic yesterday, but I saw the large base for the original (large) Grand Central Terminal yesterday. While I'm not a candidate for purchase since I don't have the original building, I thought the base was a nice addition (if you have the space of course). I'm not sure if I just missed it due to not walking around as much the last 2 meets (had a table) or if i really is new.
I'll try to remember to snap a photo of it and post if no one else does before me.

Thanks for the photos and commentary I appreciate them.

Is not Logans Roadhouse the restaurant that has "pails of peanuts" they give you to snack on while you wait?
As I was wandering the Orange Hall today, I came across THE font of knowledge, the Magna Carta of Trains, The Train Book of Kells.....
John Stup, Erol Gurcan, Marty Fitzhenry and Alex Malliae

Yes it is.
Glad to Hear the OGR/Korber group had a good experience. A few years ago the group I generally eat with had a few bad experiences there (with a much smaller group than pictured above). Maybe it's worth trying again.
2 pics from the modular group in the White Hall: (I was there near the 5 PM close, so there weren't many trains running at the time)
2 pics of the 115th anniversary logo at lionel:
The pic of the Grand Central Terminal base I mentioned above: (obviously with the GCT sitting on top of it)

Thanks for posting this!
Also, could someone ask Trainworx why they dont make smaller versions of all their landmark series buildings, like they did with GCT for Lionel.
MartyE,
What is that Orange LC remote with 1, 2, 3? Can one remote control 3 engines?
Ron
Yep. LC+ multi engine remote. Programable To the engines you are using.
They eu are looking into doing LC as well.
