Here are 2 videos of my e-Unit issue... Video 1 shows the engine on my workbench receiving conventional power to blow the horn.. as I do, you can see the arm in the e-Unit vibrating like crazy.
Video 2 shows the engine on the track under ZW power (this ZW has had a diode upgrade to replace the rectifier and it always hits my whistle tenders strong and decisive).
Could the coil be overly sensitive? I'm thinking 1/2 or full wave rectification across the e-unit coil?? GunrunnerJohn?, you there? Any help is appreciated.
