Power Plant Kits

Looking for a Power Plant kit for my layout. I do not want a complicated kit like Korber, it is a good kit but beyond my skills. Don't want the Menard's pre-made building. Is there anything out there? Does not need to have a large footprint, maybe 18" or so. Thanks.

Check out altoonamodelworks.net It's considered a craftsman kit. The pieces will fit precisely together. These are well made kits. Instructions can be viewed on line to see what your getting into. Takes up about an 8x12 area. Search the forum. As a few members have built this kit.
