I have a brand new Premier Decapod that has to be re entered in to the remote every time the power is interrupted.
Any ideas?

Battery first, and if this is a PS/3 locomotive, it has supercap issues. The other possibility is the charging circuit for the battery or supercap is defective. I start by looking at connections and making sure there's no loose components or wiring.
Model number on this. Brand new to you does not mean it is a newer model. G
That's why I covered both bases with the battery or the supercap.
